Ingredients are Cassia Bark, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Crushed Allspice, Nutmeg and Cloves. Spices are bundled in a muslin bag, ready to add to your pan of wine. Add the 2 muslin pouches to a pan with 1 bottle of red wine. You can add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar to sweeten and some orange or lemon slices to garnish if you wish. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool to desired temperature and remove muslin pouches before enjoying.
